Kathy's Cakery started from a life-long passion to design and make cakes that not only looked beautiful but would be exceptional in taste. I felt that my vision could not be realized until I learned from one of the best in the business.

Colette Peters who resides in New York, has written numerous books on the subject and is recognized as one of the finest cake designers, was my mentor. Over the past two years, I took several classes with Colette to perfect my skills to design cakes for today's brides.

My husband, Gary, brings to the company over 30 years of graphic design, interior design and advertising experience. Our specialty is designing and baking our cakes one at a time. We use only the finest ingredients to ensure the best tasting cake. We also understand how important it is to listen to the bride and groom to help create the cake of "their" dreams.
